Abstract
In modern dentistry, immediate implant placement and loading have become a favorite treatment option for clinicians and patients combining efficient and predictable outcomes. This clinical case report highlights the use of the MultiNeO™ Implant with the innovative NiNA™ Nano Hydrophilic Surface to address successful treatment in the anterior mandible.
Case Overview
A 65-year-old patient with controlled Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus presented at the clinic complaining of significant mobility and pain in the lower anterior teeth. Digital planning was critical to ensuring an optimal treatment outcome.
A CBCT scan and digital impressions were taken prior to surgery to assess bone volume and planning the ideal implant positioning.
Treatment Workflow
- Extraction and Immediate Placement: The compromised Lower incisors were extracted, and two MultiNeO™ Implants (D3.2 x L13 mm) featuring the NiNA™ Nano Hydrophilic Surface were immediately installed. This surface technology promotes rapid osseointegration.
- Hard and Soft Tissue Augmentation: On the day of surgery, augmentation procedures were performed to restore bone and soft tissue volume. This step was critical in achieving a stable and aesthetic outcome. .
- Immediate Loading: Temporary bridge was connected to long healing abutments engaged immediately following surgery. Final Restoration: After three months, a screw-retained zirconia bridge attached to non-engaged titanium bases was delivered. The final result showed excellent stability and aesthetics, with no complications.
Why MultiNeO™ and NiNA™ Technology?
The MultiNeO™ Implant, paired with the NiNA™ Nano Hydrophilic Surface, is designed to address challenging clinical situations. . NiNA™ enhances the implant's surface properties, improving the speed and quality of osseointegration, which is crucial in border line cases. Key benefits include:
The MultiNeO™ Implant, combined with the unique NiNA™ Nano Hydrophilic Surface, ensures safe success in immediate loading cases.
- Faster Osseointegration: The hydrophilic nature of NiNA™ promotes faster bone cell attachment.
- Improved Bone Adaptation: MultiNeO™ ensures higher Bone to Implant Contact (BIC), even in challenging bone conditions.
Clinical Results & Conclusions
This case demonstrates how immediate placement and loading, combined with advanced implant technologies, can yield outstanding results. regaining function with an aesthete zirconia bridge.
The success of this treatment highlights the importance of combining digital planning with state-of-the-art surface implant solutions. MultiNeO™ Implants with NiNA™ Nano Hydrophilic Surface offer reliable , efficient, and making them a valuable option for clinicians tackling demanding anterior mandible cases.
