## Overview
The patient, a 70-year-old female, presented at the clinic with functional and aesthetic concerns. Despite poor oral hygiene and a history of neglection, she sought a solution to regain confidence in her smile and chewing ability. A detailed treatment plan was created, including both upper and lower implants.
## Treatment Workflow
1. **Treatment Plan**: 6 implants in the maxilla due to low torque in one position. Digital planning and CBCT imaging ensured correct positioning of all implants.
